Who This Is For

Is a medical card
right for you?

You have a qualifying condition

Connecticut accepts a broad range of qualifying conditions including chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, and many others. We'll review your eligibility during your consultation.

You prefer medical-grade products

Medical marijuana cardholders have access to medical dispensaries, often with more product variety and guidance from trained dispensary staff.

You want provider oversight

A certification from a licensed provider ensures your use is documented, monitored, and integrated into your overall health picture when relevant.

You live in or visit Connecticut

CT medical marijuana cards are valid statewide. Telehealth consultations are available to CT residents from anywhere in the state.

FAQ

Questions & Answers

How long does the process take?
The consultation itself is 20–25 minutes. If approved, your certification is submitted to the CT Medical Marijuana Program same day or next business day. State processing and registration typically takes a few days to a week, after which you can visit a licensed dispensary.
What do I need before my consultation?
After booking, you'll receive a patient intake form via text and email through our portal — please complete it before your appointment. It will ask for a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of Connecticut residency, any medical records related to your qualifying condition, and a list of current medications.
Is the consultation confidential?
Yes. Your consultation is a private, HIPAA-compliant medical appointment handled with the same confidentiality as any medical visit.
How often do I need to renew?
Certifications can be issued for 6, 12, 18, or 24 months. Renewal fees range from $50 (6-month) to $200 (24-month). Most patients choose a 12-month renewal at $100.
What if I'm denied?
If you don't meet Connecticut's eligibility requirements, we'll let you know during the consultation. The consultation fee is non-refundable in this case, as a professional medical evaluation has been completed. We'll do our best to assess eligibility upfront before you book.
