Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Founder of Encompass Care. Harvard and Penn Nursing trained. Specializing in integrative primary care and functional medicine in Denver, CO.
I'm a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Encompass Care — an integrative primary care and functional medicine practice built around whole-person, relationship-centered care.
I earned my BSN and MSN from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, then completed a competitive post-graduate NP Residency at Community Health Center, Inc., a nationally recognized Federally Qualified Health Center. There I practiced full-spectrum family medicine in a high-volume, team-based setting — caring for more than 25 patients daily across women's health, chronic and acute care, behavioral health integration, medication-assisted treatment, and procedural care. I worked alongside medically complex and underserved populations, and was recognized with a Patient Care Satisfaction Award for maintaining scores above 95%. I am also fluent in Spanish.
After my clinical training, I earned a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, where I focused on health policy, health equity, and innovative care delivery models. It was during this time that I began building Encompass Care — initially as a telehealth practice grounded in accessibility and prevention, before relocating to Denver, Colorado.
I have since pursued additional training in functional and integrative medicine, and bring a trauma-informed lens to all of my clinical work — an approach I consider foundational, not supplemental.
I am also Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Maia Women's Health, a platform working to improve continuity and navigation across women's healthcare experiences.
Outside of clinical work, I spend my time hiking, skiing, and exploring Colorado with my dog, Tilly.
"Most people don't need more information. They need a provider who takes the time to connect the dots — and a model that actually gives them that time."
Encompass Care was founded on a simple premise: good medicine takes time, and meaningful healthcare starts with truly listening.
Through both my clinical work in traditional healthcare settings and my own experience navigating the healthcare system as a patient, I became increasingly drawn to a more thoughtful and relationship-centered model of care — one that creates space for education, prevention, deeper conversations, and long-term healing.
Encompass is a nurse practitioner-founded practice built on the nursing philosophy of meeting patients where they are, understanding the full context of their lives, and partnering collaboratively in care. The practice combines evidence-based primary care with integrative and functional medicine principles — not as separate approaches, but as part of a more complete understanding of health.
This is an intentionally personal practice. The goal is not simply to manage disease, but to help patients better understand their bodies, build resilience, and feel more supported in their healthcare journey.
Telehealth available in Colorado, Connecticut, and select additional states. Currently relocating in Denver — please confirm office address before your in-person visit.
Maia Women's Health is a curated network of independently vetted healthcare providers who specialize in evidence-based, whole-person women's health care. Being a Maia affiliate means Natalie's clinical approach has been reviewed and recognized for its commitment to high-quality, integrative women's health — particularly in areas like hormone health, metabolic care, and preventive medicine.
For patients, Maia affiliation means you're working with a provider who has been specifically evaluated for women's health expertise — not a generalist who sees women as part of a broader practice.
Maia reviews each provider's approach to women's health before granting affiliation status.
Affiliates specialize in the unique health concerns women face at every stage of life.
Maia affiliates practice evidence-based care that goes beyond symptom management.
A shared commitment to treating the full person, not just isolated complaints.
In addition to primary care board certification and FMA practitioner certification, Natalie holds advanced specialty training across integrative and functional medicine disciplines.
