Do you take insurance?
Standard primary care visits, basic labs, and preventive care are billed through insurance when applicable. Encompass Care currently accepts Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross BlueShield, Medicare (CO), and Medicaid (CO). Cigna and United Healthcare are pending — check back for updates. Functional medicine programs are self-pay by design, and GLP-1 and hormone therapy are included within membership. This allows for extended visits, deeper interpretation, and ongoing support without insurance-driven time constraints.
What's included in the primary care membership?
Unlimited sick and acute visits, annual wellness exam, medication management, basic labs at cost, portal messaging, care coordination, priority scheduling, and GLP-1 and HRT management — all included in the $199/month membership. You pay separately for medication at cost. A one-time $150 intake fee applies at your first visit.
Can I do GLP-1 or HRT without a membership?
GLP-1 and hormone therapy are included within the Primary Care Membership when clinically appropriate — for most patients, that’s the simplest and best-value way to receive ongoing care for either, with full primary care on top. If you’re interested in just one service, the best place to start is a free 15-minute intro call so we can recommend the right fit for your goals.
What's the difference between the Root Cause Review and Reset/Rebuild?
The Root Cause Review provides clarity and direction — it identifies patterns and outlines a starting point. Reset and Rebuild provide the structure to act on that: follow-up visits, protocol refinement, accountability, and adjustments over time. Insight creates direction. Ongoing structure creates change. Your Root Cause Review investment is credited toward whichever program you choose.
Do I need to start with a functional medicine program?
No. You can start anywhere. Many patients join as primary care members first and move into a functional medicine program when they're ready. Others start directly with Reset or Rebuild. The programs have no required sequencing — you enter wherever makes sense for you.
How do labs work?
Basic labs are ordered through Quest Diagnostics and billed to your insurance or at transparent self-pay rates. Advanced functional testing (GI-MAP, DUTCH, Organic Acids) is billed separately through the testing company. You'll always have clear cost expectations before anything is ordered.
Do you prescribe medications?
Yes. Natalie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner trained in conventional primary care and integrative medicine. Medications are incorporated alongside lifestyle, nutrition, and supplement strategies when clinically appropriate.
How long before I see results?
Every system heals at a different pace. Some patients notice early improvements in energy, sleep, or digestion within weeks. Hormonal, metabolic, or inflammatory shifts may take several months of consistent implementation. Sustainable change is prioritized over rapid but short-lived improvements.
Where are you located? Do you offer telehealth?
In-office visits are at 125 Rampart Way, Denver, CO 80230. Telehealth is available for patients in Colorado. GLP-1 telehealth is also available in Connecticut. CT Medical Marijuana certifications are available via telehealth to Connecticut residents.
Is this practice only for women?
While many patients seek support for hormonal or metabolic concerns, care is available to all adults seeking a deeper, systems-based approach to health. The practice does specialize in women's health and is a Maia Women's Health affiliate provider.
How do I know which option is right for me?
The easiest answer: book a free 15-minute intro call. We'll find out what you're looking for and point you toward the right starting point. No commitment required.
Do you offer Connecticut Medical Marijuana certifications?
Yes. Natalie is a licensed provider in Connecticut and offers CT Medical Marijuana Program certifications via telehealth. New patient certifications are $149 and renewals range from $50 to $200 depending on the certification period. Same-day appointments are available most days. You must be a Connecticut resident with a qualifying condition to be eligible. Learn more about CT MMP certifications →
