Not a transaction — the hours it takes to actually understand what's going on. Every fee is below, and none of them change after you book.
For ongoing or complex symptoms that haven't been explained. Each service has one stated fee covering the whole scope — the intake, the records and lab review, the interpretation, the written roadmap. Start wherever makes sense; there's no required sequence.
A review of laboratory results you already have, from the past 12–18 months. I look for patterns and gaps, explain what I'm seeing, and tell you whether further evaluation is likely to help. An educational visit, not a treatment visit.
A full functional medicine evaluation. I go through your history and previous records, order comprehensive laboratory work, analyze it as a pattern rather than a list of values, and give you a written plan identifying the most likely contributors and what to do about them.
Everything in the Root Cause Review, plus one advanced specialty panel chosen for your situation — GI Effects, GI-MAP, DUTCH hormone testing, Organic Acids, or other testing as clinically appropriate — ordered, coordinated, and interpreted as part of your plan rather than as a separate step.
For patients whose history makes it clear from the outset that a panel will change the plan. Not for patients who simply want more testing.
For patients ready to move past understanding their symptoms and start changing them. A personalized roadmap, nutrition guidance, individualized protocols, secure messaging, a monthly coaching clinic, and refinement as your body responds.
For complex or long-standing concerns that need more time and deeper investigation. Everything in Reset, plus a personalized Care Map, more frequent protocol refinement, extended messaging support, and long-term planning.
A flat fee covering your care with me rather than each appointment. Visits are scheduled as clinically appropriate, with messaging and follow-up built in rather than billed.
No membership required. Book what you need, when you need it.
For Connecticut residents with a qualifying condition. Certification is a medical evaluation, not a formality — if I don't think cannabis is a sensible addition to your care, I'll tell you.
Longer terms cost less per year, which is worth considering if you expect to stay registered.
Functional medicine and membership are self-pay. Insurance is accepted for eligible primary care visits, and HSA and FSA funds can often be used for eligible services — your plan administrator makes the final determination.
How payment works →Additional testing is billed separately. You'll know the expected cost before anything is ordered.
Nothing is bundled into a fee. Supplements are ordered through Fullscript at your discretion — 10% for anyone, 15% with membership, 20% while in Reset or Rebuild.
About the dispensary →Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change a visit. A $50 late cancellation and no-show fee applies. Payment is due at the time of service.
Fifteen minutes on the phone usually settles it. Tell me what's going on and what you're hoping for, and I'll point you to the right starting place — or tell you honestly if it isn't here.
Book a Free Intro Call →No obligation. 15 minutes. I pick up.
